Debono Spearguns used recreationally are covered by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase for failure of hardware, delamination of the Teak and manufacture defects. The same warranty applies for 1 year for commercial use. Warranty does not include fair wear and tear and only applies to the initial owner of the speargun. The owner and speargun need to be registered here to be eligible for warranty. Upon requesting a refund or repair, the receipt of sale must be provided. Before submitting this form, please read and understand the care and maintenance section on the home tab, any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What is not covered:
Damage or failure caused by misuse, accident, neglect or abuse
Warpage caused by prolonged sun exposure or extreme conditions e.g leaving the gun outdoors, storing in a conservatory etc.
Improper maintenance (follow the Debono care and maintenance guidelines)
